Terms of Service

1. About MoveToday

MoveToday is operated by Move Today LLC. You can reach us at info@movetoday.io. By using MoveToday you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. What MoveToday Does

MoveToday is a connection platform. We connect independent movers with clients who need moving services. MoveToday:

• Issues unique badge identities to movers
• Hosts mover profile pages
• Provides tools for movers to promote themselves
• Facilitates client contact through a paid reveal system

MoveToday does NOT dispatch jobs, manage transactions between movers and clients, or guarantee any moving services.

3. Mover Accounts

• Movers pay a one-time $4.99 signup fee
• Movers pay $4.99 each time a client reveals their phone number
• Founding Movers (MT-1002 through MT-1100) receive 2 free leads
• Movers must provide accurate information including real phone number, vehicle type, and service area
• Movers must upload all required photos before their profile is visible
• Movers control their own availability via the toggle feature
• Movers keep 100% of what they charge clients — MoveToday takes no commission

4. Client Accounts

• Client accounts are free to create
• Clients do not pay any fees to use MoveToday
• The reveal fee is charged to the mover, not the client
• Clients are responsible for verifying mover capabilities before booking

5. SMS Communications

By creating a mover account on MoveToday, you consent to receive SMS notifications including job lead alerts, payment confirmations, and account updates.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any SMS to opt out. Reply HELP for help. For support contact info@movetoday.io.

6. Payments

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Movers must have a valid payment method on file to receive leads
• The $4.99 reveal fee is charged when a client pays to reveal a mover's number
• Failed payments will be retried. Profiles are hidden after repeated failures
• The signup fee is non-refundable

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following are prohibited on MoveToday:

• Providing false or misleading information on your profile
• Sharing contact information through the platform to bypass the reveal fee
• Harassment of other users
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse the free leads system
• Using MoveToday for any illegal purpose

8. Three Strike Policy

Violations of these terms result in:

• First violation — Warning
• Second violation — 7-day suspension
• Third violation — Permanent ban

MoveToday reserves the right to suspend or ban accounts that violate these terms at any time.

9. Disclaimer

MoveToday is a connection platform only. We do not employ movers, guarantee the quality of moving services, or take responsibility for disputes between movers and clients. All moving arrangements are made directly between movers and clients.

10. Limitation of Liability

Move Today LLC is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to damages from moving services arranged through MoveToday.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of MoveToday after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
